Iced Vanilla Bullet Proof Coffee
Step 1: Brew your coffee, allow to cool, chill in fridge
Step 2: Add to a high speed blender while chilled
Step 3: Add the following:
- a handful of ice
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk
- 1 Tablespoon of grass-fed organic butter
- 1 Tablespoon of coconut oil or MCT oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of Stevita Stevia
- 1/2 teaspoon of organic vanilla extract
Step 4: Blend for 30 seconds
*For a hot vanilla latte, omit the ice and just simply add your hot brewed coffee with all of the ingredients to the blender, blend and enjoy!
*For a regular coffee, omit the coconut or almond milk, blend and enjoy!
